Who receives the complaint? What information does the buyer need to provide? Which business checks the balance and decides on a replacement or refund? Clear answers make a standard more meaningful than a general assurance of safety. The January 2017 announcement documented an attempt to define those expectations within GiftCardGranny’s partner network.
