The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Florida announced Napeaches Shouetta Blair's plea on September 16\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) Prosecutors said Blair, 43, intercepted two gift-card envelopes in December 2025 and used the cards at a Tallahassee store and a Quincy gas station. Investigators later recovered numerous gift cards from her vehicle and identified several people who had sent them. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) A separate July 2026 incident involved $1,000 taken from a letter. The announcement does not give a total value or number of stolen gift cards.
