The November 13, 2018 launch connects the product to the company's RewardSTACK management software and EzeConnect API. The initial offering centers on retail gift cards delivered immediately or in bulk through the API. Program operators can customize the selection and use the accompanying management tools for tracking, accounting, reporting and customer support. All Digital Rewards also describes adding or removing merchandise, digital products, experiences, charitable donations and prepaid cards from a program's choices. The reward presentation and points-based platform can carry the sponsoring organization's branding. The company says participant selection reduces the need for sponsors to hold reward inventory and allows them to pay for items redeemed through the API. It positions that model as a way to avoid buying incentives that an audience may not want. Use cases in the announcement include channel and sales incentives, customer loyalty, employee recognition and health and wellness programs. In each case, the program sets the qualifying activity while Ezepic supplies the participant's choice of reward and the connected fulfillment process. RewardSTACK provides the program-management layer and EzeConnect handles the integration described in the release.
