The February 24, 2021 case study describes a corporate channel launched in 2018 alongside the club's existing consumer offering. Arsenal's gift cards can be used for merchandise and tours. Before the B2B expansion, the club managed consumer sales and delivery in house, with cards available in stores and online. Diggecard established a branded website for business buyers reached from Arsenal's main site. It also handled corporate gift card fulfillment and introduced the product to its network of businesses and agencies purchasing rewards, incentives, benefits and promotions.
