The Belgian fashion, homeware and lifestyle store had previously prepared physical cards manually in the shop and posted them to online buyers. The store described automatic appearance of online gift-card receipts in its point-of-sale system, easier accounting reports and fewer opportunities for staff errors. Owner [Saskia Vanderhaeghe](https://giftcard.news/person/saskia-vanderhaeghe/) also emphasised the availability of supplier support.
