Photo: Gift Card News; source: Cardo / Google Play [Luminar Tech, Inc](https://giftcard.news/company/luminar-tech-inc/) released Cardo, an Android app for selling gift cards, on Google Play on September 12\. The store identifies that as the original release date, separately from its October 9 update. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) Cardo combines rate checking, submission of card details and images, order tracking and withdrawals. Its current developer description names Nigeria, Ghana, Benin and Côte d’Ivoire as its markets, while the linked company website describes naira payouts to Nigerian bank and payment accounts. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) [\[S02\]](#article-source-2) The developer says Cardo buys and reviews submitted cards directly. A successful review credits the seller’s Cardo balance; an external payout requires a separate withdrawal request. That distinction matters to the resale process: an approved card sale and receipt of money in a bank account are separate stages. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The listing names selected Apple, Steam, Google Play, Razer, Xbox and PlayStation cards, with supported denominations and issuing regions varying. It disclaims affiliation with those brands. Rates depend on the card and market conditions, and processing can depend on verification and the withdrawal method. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The September event establishes a new Android distribution channel. The listing does not date the company’s earlier trading operations or the introduction of each current market. Its October update describes branding and text-size changes.
