Dieppe’s municipal social-action centre, [CCAS de Dieppe](https://giftcard.news/organization/ccas-de-dieppe/), awarded [Up Coop](https://giftcard.news/company/up-coop/) a joint supply agreement for personalised assistance vouchers and gift vouchers on 25 September 2026\. The official award notice sets a maximum of EUR 990,000 excluding VAT and no minimum purchase commitment. That is an available spending ceiling across both voucher types, not completed sales or a budget assigned solely to gift cards.
