In an October 11 notice, the company said it would try to process orders faster but could not always do so during the seasonal peak. The notice states that its UK offices would close at 3pm on Wednesday, December 24 and reopen at 9am on Monday, December 29\. For New Year, offices would close at 3pm on Wednesday, December 31 and reopen at 9am on Friday, January 2, 2026. The processing window and office schedule were published to help customers plan paid orders before the holidays.
