A September 2021 case study describes the implementation for the operator of the Ulriken cable car and the mountaintop Skyskraperen Restaurant. The business wanted customers to be able to give its experience as a gift, using a service that was quick to launch and manageable for its team. Diggecard said its small-retailer solution was added to the operator's website within a few hours. The management tools allowed staff to create custom gift card designs and manage sales, redemption and reporting. Customers could choose the delivery method, date and time and personalise the gift with a photograph or video. Ulriken643 said the additional sales channel had helped increase revenue and described the integration as straightforward. The case study provides no measured revenue figure, so the reported improvement remains the customer's qualitative account of the implementation. The operator's offering also included meetings, conferences, private events and a panoramic terrace alongside the cable car and restaurant.
