[Susanne Brønnum](https://giftcard.news/person/susanne-br-nnum/) remained chair, with the new directors joining [Olav Balandin](https://giftcard.news/person/olav-balandin/) and [Torkel Hope](https://giftcard.news/person/torkel-hope/). The company described Nesvik's background in technology leadership, product development, AI and international expansion. A Norwegian based in Copenhagen, she had worked on growth strategies, partnerships and consumer-facing digital services. Lerche brought finance and advisory experience in technology, health technology and software businesses. Diggecard said she co-founded [Escalon Services](https://giftcard.news/company/escalon-services/) and served as CFO as the business grew to more than 1,000 employees and over $65 million in revenue before a private-equity exit in 2022. The announcement also credited Lerche with work for more than 50 Series A–C companies and support for over $600 million in venture fundraising. Those figures described her previous professional work, not capital raised or revenue generated by Diggecard. Diggecard said the appointments would add expertise in technology, finance, funding and acquisitions. Founded in Bergen in 2014, the company described offices in Norway, the UK and Pakistan and services for retailers, leisure operators, hospitality businesses and reward agencies.
