[Journal & Topics](https://giftcard.news/company/journal-topics/) reported the Illinois municipality’s latest round on 13 October, citing Mayor [Craig Johnson](https://giftcard.news/person/craig-johnson/). The October round is a separate distribution from the village’s 2024 programme. Current municipal instructions say cards were mailed on 14 October and are expected to arrive between 22 and 28 October.
