The update addresses both sides of an incentive programme: getting a suitable reward to the recipient and knowing what happened after it was sent. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Global reach has several different meanings The company reported more than 1,000 payout products, over 30 local currencies and 25 funding currencies. It distinguished region-specific brands available across more than 40 countries from global prepaid options usable in more than 100 countries. A large global total does not establish that a particular retailer, denomination or card format is available in every market. Programme design still starts with the country and use case of the intended recipient. ## From receiving a reward to spending it Giftbit added one-click wallet delivery for prepaid [Visa](https://giftcard.news/company/visa/) cards, supporting [Apple Pay](https://giftcard.news/company/apple/), [Google Pay](https://giftcard.news/company/google/) and [Samsung](https://giftcard.news/company/samsung/) Pay, alongside PIN support. It also described dashboard improvements for filtering reward history and handling unclaimed rewards or incorrect email addresses. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The operational logic is straightforward. A reward can be delivered successfully yet still require too many steps before the recipient can use it. Likewise, a business may have funded an incentive without knowing whether the intended person claimed it. Reducing those two kinds of friction can matter as much as increasing the number of brands in a catalogue. That is a product-design implication, not a measured outcome from this announcement. Giftbit did not publish a controlled comparison of redemption rates, support demand or administrative time before and after the changes. At that earlier stage, the company highlighted recipient choice, direct reward links and reporting in an accompanying product explanation. [\[S02\]](#article-source-2) Read together, the two updates show a progression from expanding the available reward set to making fulfilment easier to operate. For a purchasing team, that suggests a more useful comparison than catalogue size alone: evaluate country coverage, recipient steps and exception handling as separate requirements.
