Municipal Decree 5808/2026, dated October 8, sets a November 2-15 window for purchasing and redeeming the vouchers, subject to available funding. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The rules provide denominations of EUR20, EUR50, EUR100, EUR200 and EUR300\. Buyers pay 50%, with the remaining half supplied as a subsidy. Each person is limited to EUR150 of subsidy, equivalent to EUR300 in voucher value. Each voucher is associated with the purchaser's identity. At redemption, the customer presents the voucher identifier and identification at a participating business.
