That matters for the participant experience: the recruitment platform had to carry a candidate from placement through the qualifying period and then into reward delivery. Clear eligibility, timing and balance access would be central to making that process understandable. For the rewards provider, the project extended its responsibilities beyond sending a code. Account presentation, support and transaction access formed part of the promised service. For the recruitment platform, using a prepaid card offered a defined way to deliver the reward once the employment condition was met. The launch announcement supplied no results on candidate retention, reward take-up or employer acquisition.
