Each JPY5,000 unit gives JPY6,500 of spending value, retaining the 30% premium. Applicants can request up to six units, including people who already bought the first-round maximum. If demand exceeds supply, a lottery will determine allocations, which may be smaller than requested. Each unit contains JPY4,000 reserved for merchants designated for the small-store voucher and JPY2,500 usable across the participating network. Second-sale balances can be used from November 20 through January 15, 2027\. The programme terms exclude cash conversion and purchases of other gift vouchers or prepaid cards, and provide no refund for unused value after expiry.
