Photo: SpotOn / Unsplash Lelystad’s Lelypas local gift-card programme named [Dya na Zorha](https://giftcard.news/company/dya-na-zorha/) Surinaamse Toko and Evan’s kringloopwinkel as new acceptance points in the Lelycentre district in its September 11, 2026 report. The two businesses add grocery and second-hand retail uses for the local balance. [\[S01\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-1) ## New outlets join a network with monthly or annual merchant fees The report stated that Lelypas could be spent at 48 locations at that time, without giving either merchant’s exact onboarding date. The directory checked on October 19 displays 49 acceptance points and still lists both at Koopmansstraat 111\. These dated totals do not establish a two-outlet net increase attributable to the announcement. [\[S01\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-1) [\[S02\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-2) The data behind the story ### Standard fixed merchant fees on the same annual basis The FAQ publishes EUR 24.99 per month or EUR 249 per year. Twelve monthly payments total EUR 299.88, compared with the stated EUR 249 annual plan. Published fixed fee over twelve months EUR Tap or hover for details. All values are also available in the data table. Source Stichting Lelypas merchant FAQ Tariff comparison only, excluding the separate 6% transaction commission. The monthly plan is annualised as 12 × EUR 24.99, not an observed merchant bill. Bespoke terms may differ; the signed agreement prevails. The public figures do not establish either new merchant’s actual charges. It says redeemed funds are paid in the first week of the following month under the merchant agreement. Those public standard terms do not establish the two outlets’ negotiated contracts or actual costs. [\[S04\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-4) The joining page says participants receive an online listing and a business film, with technical arrangements agreed before connection. The FAQ identifies CCV Connect as the card platform and describes smartphone, tablet, computer or suitable checkout-system access depending on the business. It allows temporary or bespoke arrangements and makes the signed merchant agreement controlling. [\[S04\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-4) [\[S06\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-6) For holders, both new merchant profiles confirm direct Lelypas acceptance and ask customers to check eligible products, services and conditions before checkout. The card is available in physical and digital form. Current digital-consumer terms allow whole-euro loads from EUR 5 to EUR 150, partial spending and validity for two years from purchase; the delivered card states its expiry date. [\[S02\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-2) [\[S03\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-3) [\[S05\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-5) The Lelycentre additions are distinct from the later Batavia Stad arrangement. Its directory entry is marked as available from October 1 and directs customers first to convert Lelypas value into a Batavia Stad Gift Card at the outlet’s Information Centre. The Lelypas FAQ also says the card is currently unavailable for webshop payments. [\[S02\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-2) [\[S04\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/lelypas-two-new-gift-card-acceptance-outlets-lelystad/#article-source-4) No transaction volume or card-sales increase is disclosed for the two newly named outlets. The annualised fee comparison describes the published cost structure of joining the network, rather than evidence that the outlets have earned back those costs.
