[Living Platform](https://giftcard.news/company/living-platform/) selected a ¥12,000 digital gift card for its 2026 shareholder benefit in a 15 September decision, finalizing the reward format left open in May. ## The 2026 reward has a higher value and shareholding threshold

The September decision covers holders of at least 200 shares on the 30 September 2026 register. Every qualifying shareholder receives the same ¥12,000 value; holding more shares does not increase that announced reward. The record dates are 31 May 2025 and 30 September 2026, respectively. The minimum holding changes from 100 to 200 shares, and the 2026 programme requires a registered Japanese address. These are announced face values, not annualized returns, per-share dividends or realized redemptions.

The previous programme commemorated the company’s fifth listing anniversary. Its final terms, dated 15 May 2025, offered ¥5,000 in Digital Gift to holders of at least 100 shares on 31 May 2025, with dispatch targeted within three months of that record date. Digital Plus separately confirmed on 21 May 2025 that its Digital Fintech subsidiary’s Digital Gift service had been selected for that commemorative programme. For 2026, shareholders whose registered address is outside Japan are excluded because the benefit is intended for domestic use. Eligible recipients will use a smartphone or computer to choose from electronic money, points and gift vouchers. The company says it will consider continuing shareholder benefits in light of performance, finances and business conditions, alongside dividends. It has not committed in these announcements to a recurring annual ¥12,000 entitlement.
