Photo: Market Enterprise [Market Enterprise](https://giftcard.news/company/market-enterprise/) removed [Hulu](https://giftcard.news/company/hulu/) tickets from its shareholder Digital Gift exchange options following a September 10, 2026 notice. The final exchange time was 11:59 a.m. Japan Standard Time on September 24, with the option scheduled to disappear from the selection screen at noon.[ \[3\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-3) ## The withdrawn option and the remaining programme The issuer’s earlier expansion notice provides a concrete record of the option that had been included: its June 3, 2025 annex lists three Hulu exchange amounts. This historical schedule gives the size of the listed reward choices; the withdrawal notice itself does not restate those amounts.[ \[4\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-4) The data behind the story ### Hulu exchange amounts in Market Enterprise’s June 2025 annex The three actual Hulu ticket amounts listed when the issuer expanded its selectable Digital Gift rewards in 2025. Listed exchange amount JPY Tap or hover for details. All values are also available in the data table. Source Market Enterprise June 3, 2025 annex, page 3 Historical programme terms, not current availability or redemption volume. The September 2026 notice removes the Hulu option but does not restate its denomination schedule. No ticket duration is inferred from these amounts. Show data tableHide data table Scroll left or right to see all columns __Hulu exchange amounts in Market Enterprise’s June 2025 annex (JPY)__ | Category | Listed exchange amount | | ------------------- | ---------------------- | | ¥1,026 denomination | 1,026 JPY | | ¥3,078 denomination | 3,078 JPY | | ¥6,156 denomination | 6,156 JPY | The September notice says Hulu tickets already received remain usable within their validity period, described as one year after activation. It closes future exchanges in this shareholder programme without cancelling those existing tickets. It gives no reason for the removal.[ \[3\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-3) The revised selection includes alternatives such as Amazon gift cards, QUO Card Pay, PayPay Money Light, au PAY gift cards, Visa eGift Vanilla and Google Play codes. The issuer’s benefit page still displays Hulu in its general list but explicitly notes the September 24 exchange cutoff. The dated withdrawal instruction governs that option.[ \[2\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-2)[ \[3\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-3) The programme grants ¥25,000 of Digital Gift value for each June and December record date to qualifying holders of at least 500 shares. Recipients may mix reward types and exchange repeatedly within the available value and applicable denominations. These are granted reward amounts, not cash dividends or realized redemption totals.[ \[2\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-2)[ \[4\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-4) Eligibility also changes from the December 2026 record date: the August 14, 2025 notice requires at least 500 shares held continuously for a year, evidenced under the same shareholder number on three consecutive June and December registers. The December 2025 and June 2026 records retained the earlier rule without that holding-period requirement.[ \[5\]](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/market-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption/#article-source-5) The catalogue change is specific to Market Enterprise’s programme. It does not establish that Hulu tickets were withdrawn from every distributor or every Digital Gift client. For recipients, the practical distinction is between an unexchanged reward and a ticket already issued under the preserved validity rule. ## In this article ### Companies * [Hulu](https://giftcard.news/company/hulu/) * [Market Enterprise](https://giftcard.news/company/market-enterprise/) ### Sources and documents * [\[S01\] Original primary announcement](https://www.release.tdnet.info/inbs/140120260910533919.pdf?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Market Enterprise * [\[S02\] Primary operating context](https://www.marketenterprise.co.jp/ir/stockbond/stockbond%5F03.html?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Market Enterprise * [Hulu exchange withdrawal notice, September 10, 2026, issuer-hosted copy](https://www.marketenterprise.co.jp/ir/upload%5Ffile/tdnrelease/3135%5F20260910533919%5FP01%5F.pdf?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Market Enterprise * [Digital Gift expansion and denomination annex, June 3, 2025](https://www.marketenterprise.co.jp/ir/upload%5Ffile/tdnrelease/3135%5F20250603579301%5FP01%5F.pdf?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Market Enterprise * [Shareholder holding-policy change, August 14, 2025](https://www.marketenterprise.co.jp/ir/upload%5Ffile/tdnrelease/3135%5F20250813541005%5FP01%5F.pdf?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Market Enterprise Share [ ](https://x.com/intent/post?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Fgift-cards%2Fmarket-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dx%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&text=Market+Enterprise+removes+Hulu+from+Digital+Gift+redemption&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "X") [ ](https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Fgift-cards%2Fmarket-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dlinkedin%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "LinkedIn") [ ](https://wa.me/?text=Market+Enterprise+removes+Hulu+from+Digital+Gift+redemption+https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Fgift-cards%2Fmarket-enterprise-removes-hulu-digital-gift-redemption%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dwhatsapp%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "WhatsApp") ![Portrait of Suzie Elis](https://giftcard.news/images/variants/v1/suzie-elis-editorial-portrait-w320.webp) About the author ## [Suzie Elis](https://giftcard.news/author/suzie-elis/) Journalist — Gift Cards & Digital Gifting Suzie Elis covers gift card products, digital gifting and distribution for Gift Card News.
