The new option generates a printable design containing a unique QR code and was announced as available on the company’s website and app. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## A handover option inside checkout The sender chooses a gift, selects the print-it-yourself delivery option, completes checkout and uses the Print button attached to that gift. The resulting page can be placed inside a greeting card or handed to the recipient with another present. On Me describes the same gift card with a printable presentation. It has not announced a plastic card or a new paper payment instrument. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Why this matters for in-person gifting Digital delivery works well when sender and recipient are apart. At a team gathering, a recognition event or a family celebration, however, an email can be easy to miss at the moment the gift is given. A printed presentation gives the sender something to hand over without requiring a separate physical-card shipment. That does not remove the digital part of the experience. The recipient still needs to access and use the underlying gift through the supported process. For a business buyer, the practical questions are whether the recipient can use that process and whether each printed gift reaches the right person. The announcement changes the presentation route rather than the gift’s spending value. It includes no transaction volumes, uptake figures or evidence of a change in redemption.
