Recipients can make several purchases until the stored balance is exhausted, using participating merchants’ ordinary payment terminals. A working terminal is a requirement for merchants joining the programme. It is more than a promise to reimburse an invoice after a resident shops. Eligible adult residents may receive one card in the round. Spending runs from receipt through December 8\. Cash redemption is prohibited, and merchandise returns produce a merchant credit note rather than money being refunded to the gift card.
