The September 30, 2026 decision applies from the December 31 register, with receipt instructions planned for the shareholder-meeting mailing in early March 2027\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1)[\[S02\]](#article-source-2) ## Fixed individual awards sit alongside a variable shared pool The continuing long-holding award is JPY 5,000 for shareholders with at least 1,000 shares held continuously for two years. A separate draw awards JPY 10,000 each to 500 selected holders of at least 1,000 shares. Both move from Amazon gift cards to electronic gifts; their face values remain the same. These two award conditions must be distinguished from an entitlement available to every holder. PA’s illustration uses 2,120 qualifying shareholders on the June 30, 2026 register, giving JPY 2,358 per person after rounding. That historical population is not the December population, so JPY 2,358 is an illustration, not a promised award. PA describes a digital gift received online and usable through various electronic-money or payment services, with detailed instructions to follow on its website. The change therefore establishes a new budget and a broader gift format, while the actual allocation and recipient experience remain to be specified.
