# QUO Card Pay adds Toki Premium Outlets to its network

QUO Card Pay can now be used at eligible Toki Premium Outlets stores in Gifu, while a national survey distinguishes product awareness from regular use.

[QUO Card](https://giftcard.news/company/quo-card/) Pay recipients have a new place to spend their digital gifts: [Toki Premium Outlets](https://giftcard.news/company/toki-premium-outlets/) in Japan’s Gifu Prefecture. Issuer QUO Card announced the addition on October 21, with its linked merchant listing specifying that some shops are excluded. The change extends an existing gift balance into another outlet-shopping destination. Toki is operated by [Mitsubishi Estate Simon](https://giftcard.news/company/mitsubishi-estate-simon/), whose Japanese business develops, owns and operates Premium Outlets centres. The property advertises 180 stores overall; that figure describes the centre rather than a verified count of shops accepting QUO Card Pay. [\[S3\]](#article-source-3) [\[S5\]](#article-source-5)

QUO Card issues both physical QUO cards and QUO Card Pay, its smartphone digital gift. Gift URLs can be delivered by email or messaging, and the issuer describes the digital product as usable without installing an app. For a recipient who already holds a balance, the practical change is an additional spending destination rather than a requirement to buy a different card. The merchant conditions still matter. QUO Card Pay and physical QUO cards have different acceptance networks. The Toki listing rules out online-store payments and warns that merchant-specific QUO Card Pay balances can face restrictions inside shopping centres even where a common balance is accepted. The issuer has not published a complete participating-tenant count in the notice or linked listing. [\[S2\]](#article-source-2)

For gift issuers and organisations buying digital rewards, wider acceptance can give recipients more ways to use an existing award. The separate [Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets addition](https://giftcard.news/gift-cards/quo-card-pay-kobe-sanda-premium-outlets/) announced on September 24 shows that Toki is another property-level extension, with its own store restrictions.
