Redemption can be partial or complete but must go into a single Rappi account. Credits can pay for available products and services within the app, and cannot be transferred to another person or refunded in cash. The terms separate the programme's validity periods. Physical cards must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Activated value has a 180-day conversion period, while credited RappiCréditos must be spent within 30 days of being credited. Conversion therefore starts a shorter app-spending deadline rather than preserving the card's remaining period.
