[Rider Insurance Broker](https://giftcard.news/company/rider-insurance-broker/) has integrated [Valuedesign](https://giftcard.news/company/valuedesign/) Thailand's Distribution API into its customer rewards programme, enabling policyholders to exchange accumulated points for digital gifts on the broker's website. Valuedesign announced the deployment on October 1\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) [\[S02\]](#article-source-2)

The integration automatically retrieves and displays Valuedesign's digital-gift catalogue inside Rider's site. Customers can see the available rewards and use points earned through eligible insurance purchases to select them, bringing catalogue discovery and redemption into the broker's own customer journey.

## Insurance points become a distribution channel

Bangkok-based Rider operates as a broker for life and non-life insurance products. Its rewards programme is intended to add value for policyholders and support ongoing customer relationships. Valuedesign presents the API as a way to make that benefit exchange more convenient; the announcement does not provide evidence of improved retention or increased policy sales.
