The update was announced on May 6, 2025, with the additional records applying to actions taken from April 29. The portal now shows when an approval request was made. For a decision to approve or reject it, the record also identifies the approver and the time of the action. Requests for more information receive the same attribution. The change is aimed at brands managing access to their gift card programs. A clearer history makes it easier to establish where a request stands and who last acted on it, particularly when more than one person is involved in the approval process. Runa says the information appears automatically when users next access the portal. Partners do not need to enable a setting or complete a separate migration to receive the update. The company also sets an explicit boundary on the historical record: actions before April 29 do not gain the new details retrospectively.
