The programme uses Tillo StoreFront and sits within Military Connect’s membership offering. Tillo says membership is free and describes the eligible military community as exceeding 30 million people. That figure is a potential audience, not a reported count of registered users or gift-card purchasers. ## The storefront behind the savings StoreFront is Tillo’s branded marketplace product: organisations can operate a gift-card shop under their own identity while using Tillo’s catalogue, checkout and delivery infrastructure. Its product documentation describes separate models for face-value sales, discounted purchasing, cashback and points-based rewards. Those options explain how the same infrastructure can serve different membership programmes. They do not mean that every StoreFront feature is included in Military Gift Cards. The partnership announcement specifically describes discounted digital purchasing and immediate delivery. For rewards operators, the practical distinction is between the platform’s overall brand catalogue and the selection offered by a particular programme.
