Separately, it describes each qualifying employee's commemorative gift as equivalent to one-tenth of the statutory price base amount, including VAT. These are different measures: the procurement estimate is not the value of a single employee's card. Gifts are distributed during an annual autumn ceremony. The advertised goods categories include jewellery, watches, sports equipment, ceramics and art, without identifying a selected gift-card issuer or acceptance network. The notice set September 27 as the bid deadline and proposed a contract running from October 12, 2026 to October 11, 2030\. It contains no supplier award or confirmed distribution total. The September 15 dispatch and September 28 listing refresh are separate from the verified September 16 first public registry date.
