[Conseil départemental du Val-d'Oise](https://giftcard.news/organization/conseil-departemental-du-val-d-oise/) has opened a supplier procurement that includes Christmas gift vouchers for its employees' children. The original BOAMP notice was published on October 4.

The gift-voucher lot carries an estimated value of EUR60,000 excluding VAT. A separate EUR40,000 lot covers restricted-use emergency assistance for employees. The EUR100,000 combined procurement estimate is therefore broader than the gift-voucher requirement.

The department would determine eligible recipients and provide the supplier with the beneficiary list under the contract's procedures. The supplier would not decide eligibility. The notice does not disclose a recipient count or voucher denominations.

The proposed framework has an initial one-year term with up to three annual renewals. The gift-voucher lot's evaluation assigns 65% to technical quality, 30% to price and 5% to environmental quality. Bids
