Businesses could use the API to issue digital gift cards and virtual prepaid rewards while adapting the recipient experience to their own branding. McCutcheon said the service recorded more than 40 data points across ordering, redemption and recipient feedback. The company presented that information as a way for marketing teams to understand reward preferences and refine later campaigns. The overview also described a developer sandbox and operational controls including redundancy and failover.
