Photo: Yasumi [Yasumi Janki](https://giftcard.news/organization/yasumi-janki/) said on September 15 that purchased vouchers would remain valid at its existing [Yasumi Ursynów](https://giftcard.news/organization/yasumi-ursynow/) salon after the Janki location closed on September 18\. The notice gives holders a named destination for using prepaid value when their original salon stops operating. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The operator said the closure followed circumstances beyond its control, without specifying those circumstances. Its statement does not announce insolvency or the closure of the wider Yasumi network. ## Purchased value retains a redemption destination The Janki gift page describes personalised vouchers with a monetary value selected by the purchaser, usable toward the salon's offering. That establishes a prepaid gift entitlement separately from an appointment or an unfinished treatment course. [\[S02\]](#article-source-2) The closure notice covers both vouchers and purchased treatment packages, saying they remain valid and can be used at Ursynów. It also addresses customers already partway through treatment. The receiving salon is described as an existing operation, not a newly opened replacement business. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) For the gift programme, the material change is the redemption location attached to the operator's continuity assurance. The notice does not say vouchers can be used at every Yasumi salon, disclose their outstanding value, or identify a payment or voucher processor. It also provides no revised expiry schedule or cash-refund commitment. The stated assurance is that the prepaid vouchers continue to be honoured at the specifically named Ursynów location. Those limits matter when interpreting a local closure announcement as evidence about the treatment of gift balances. ## In this article ### Organizations * [Yasumi Janki](https://giftcard.news/organization/yasumi-janki/) * [Yasumi Ursynów](https://giftcard.news/organization/yasumi-ursynow/) ### Sources and documents * [\[S01\] Original September 15 closure and voucher notice](https://janki.yasumi.pl/news/wazne-zmiany/7988?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Yasumi Janki * [\[S02\] Gift-voucher product and value mechanism](https://janki.yasumi.pl/bon-podarunkowy?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Yasumi Janki Share [ ](https://x.com/intent/post?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Fgift-cards%2Fyasumi-janki-gift-voucher-acceptance-ursynow-closure-2026%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dx%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&text=Yasumi+Janki+preserves+gift-voucher+use+at+Ursyn%C3%B3w+after+closure&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "X") [ ](https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Fgift-cards%2Fyasumi-janki-gift-voucher-acceptance-ursynow-closure-2026%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dlinkedin%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "LinkedIn") [ ](https://wa.me/?text=Yasumi+Janki+preserves+gift-voucher+use+at+Ursyn%C3%B3w+after+closure+https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Fgift-cards%2Fyasumi-janki-gift-voucher-acceptance-ursynow-closure-2026%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dwhatsapp%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "WhatsApp") ![Portrait of Suzie Elis](https://giftcard.news/images/variants/v1/suzie-elis-editorial-portrait-w320.webp) About the author ## [Suzie Elis](https://giftcard.news/author/suzie-elis/) Journalist — Gift Cards & Digital Gifting Suzie Elis covers gift card products, digital gifting and distribution for Gift Card News.
