Okurayama’s joint Elm and Lemon Road offer and Hoshikawa provide 20%; the other eight provide 25%. Sakonyama’s JPY2,000 set has the lowest set purchase price, while several districts require JPY10,000\. Minamikawa also permits individual vouchers: JPY800 buys JPY1,000 of spending value.
