Each JPY5,000 purchase provides JPY6,000 to spend through Youmetown Hakata Pay in the [Commoney](https://giftcard.news/company/commoney/) app. ## Funding, premium and participating-tenant limits The data behind the story ### Youmetown Hakata’s issue separates buyer funding from premium Published allocation components for a JPY60 million spending-value issue, calculated from JPY50 million of buyer-funded value and the 20% premium. Acceptance is restricted to participating businesses inside Youmetown Hakata; it does not extend automatically to other Youmetown properties. At checkout, users scan a merchant QR code, enter the amount and confirm it with shop staff through Commoney. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The terms permit eligible credit cards or cash payment at participating convenience stores to fund purchases. Additional purchases add to the existing ticket up to the person’s cap, but sales close when the allocation is exhausted. The reviewed material does not confirm the balance still available for sale. Gift certificates, prepaid cards and other cash-like items are excluded from spending, alongside the other restricted categories listed in the terms.
