[Municipalidad de Doñihue](https://giftcard.news/organization/municipalidad-de-donihue/) opened a gift-card procurement with an estimated budget of CLP 42,145,093 on September 23, seeking to deliver student assistance through spending choices rather than a fixed package of supplies. The Chilean municipality’s education unit said the cards would support pupils covered by its 2026 school-retention programme. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1)
