Giftbit said the corporate gifting program had been operated by [Givex](https://giftcard.news/company/givex/), which was acquired by [Shift4](https://giftcard.news/company/shift4/) in 2024\. It described the program as operating under the Giftpass brand during the wind-down. The notice addresses companies using the service for employee rewards, customer incentives and recurring bulk orders.
