The gifting company linked the relocation to its next phase of international expansion following an earlier partnership with [Waterland Private Equity](https://giftcard.news/company/waterland-private-equity/). Waterland had announced its partnership with GoGift on February 11, 2025, saying the business would change hands from Nordisk Film, part of [Egmont](https://giftcard.news/company/egmont/). Neither the address nor the timing of a relocation establishes an additional transaction or a change to existing card balances. ## The expansion plan behind the move Waterland’s February announcement said it would support acquisitions and the continued expansion of The Global Gift Card and The GoGift Engine. It described a business with customers in 70 countries, more than 15,000 B2B clients and 120 full-time employees at that point. These are figures from the transaction announcement, rather than fresh measurements made at the September move. A larger corporate footprint can provide context, but programme buyers still need market-specific product information. ## What the relocation update does and does not disclose GoGift’s September account presents the new office as a base for growth and a continuation of the business built during its years with Nordisk Film and Egmont. It does not disclose a new investment amount, an additional acquired company or a new market launch tied to the premises.
