Municipal staff needed loading and monitoring functions, while employees needed transaction and voucher-use information. Edenred’s general guidance distinguishes paper vouchers for physical shops from digital formats usable at participating shops, online and for single-brand gift-card conversion. That product guidance does not establish the precise format or activation date chosen for Novara.
