[Rellevate](https://giftcard.news/company/rellevate/) planned to promote the [Richard Petty](https://giftcard.news/person/richard-petty/) Icon Gift Card on the [Richard Petty Motorsports](https://giftcard.news/company/richard-petty-motorsports/) No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE at the NASCAR Cup Series finale at Phoenix Raceway on November 7, 2021\. The announcement followed the companies' introduction of the card earlier that year.

The source page carries a November 1, 2021 publication timestamp, while the release itself is dated November 2\. Both precede the planned November 7 appearance, which was presented as an opportunity to introduce the gift card and Rellevate's financial services to race fans before the holiday season.

Rellevate also used the promotion to introduce its employer-focused services, including a digital account with a Visa debit card, Pay Any-Day, bill payment and money transfer, alongside gift and incentive cards. Stockdale described the employer offering as a financial wellness benefit.

At the time of the announcement, Richard Petty Motorsports fielded the No. 43 car with driver [Erik Jones](https://giftcard.news/person/erik-jones/). The Phoenix activation extended the existing Richard Petty gift card relationship into a race-day marketing appearance rather than marking the first introduction of the card.
