Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement. That network broadens Sendoso's access to production capacity; it does not establish that Sendoso owns each factory. Combining those functions with storage, kitting and delivery is intended to reduce the number of hand-offs involved in a corporate merchandise programme. A company ordering merchandise for a small campaign may not want the same buying process or stock commitment as a large event programme. The acquisition gives Sendoso another way to address that range, while promised improvements in cost, speed and quality remain supplier claims rather than independently demonstrated outcomes. Merch's own announcement similarly told customers that their login, account contacts and production network would continue, with access to additional fulfilment capabilities when required. His announcement also described an existing relationship between the businesses before the acquisition.
