The companies forecast that their combined gift card processing will exceed £3 billion in 2026, alongside annual growth of 30%. Those figures are expectations for the combined businesses, rather than completed financial results. Amilon co-founders [Andrea Verri](https://giftcard.news/person/andrea-verri/) and [Fabio Regazzoni](https://giftcard.news/person/fabio-regazzoni/) will reinvest in the group and remain responsible for running Amilon. The business will operate within Tillo Group. Tillo said the deal broadens distribution and access to customers in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Amilon contributes experience in European employee benefits and welfare programs. The acquisition follows Tillo's 2025 partnership with growth investor [Tenzing](https://giftcard.news/company/tenzing/). According to the announcement, Tenzing has supported its international expansion and acquisition strategy. ## Retailer gift card software and corporate distribution Amilon's activities extend beyond distributing gift cards. Its corporate website describes three areas: digital rewards, technology for retailers and advertising. The rewards offering serves businesses providing incentives to employees, customers and commercial partners. Its MYND software lets merchants create and operate their own digital gift card programs. Amilon also runs GiftCardStore, a business purchasing platform for rewards and benefits. Its Future Buyers advertising offering connects brands with audiences that already have credit available to spend. Amilon lists offices in Milan, Madrid and Warsaw and identifies itself as part of Tillo Group.
