The [Department of Vosges](https://giftcard.news/organization/department-of-vosges/) has concluded a framework with [Swile](https://giftcard.news/company/swile/) for physical gift cards and digital multi-retailer gift vouchers, according to an official European procurement notice. The contract-conclusion date is October 12\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1)

The framework has a stated minimum of EUR140,000 and maximum of EUR480,000, excluding VAT, over a 42-month duration. It provides for subsequent contracts rather than establishing that the maximum amount has already been issued to cardholders.

## Two formats under one supply arrangement

The purchasing scope expressly includes physical cards and dematerialised multi-retailer vouchers. The notice identifies a single lot and names Swile as the successful supplier. It lists price and technical quality among the evaluation criteria. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1)
