The arrangement covers the gifting retailer’s [LVLY](https://giftcard.news/company/lvly/), [Bloomeroo](https://giftcard.news/company/bloomeroo/), [Flower Chimp](https://giftcard.news/company/flower-chimp/), [CakeRush](https://giftcard.news/company/cakerush/) and [Happy Bunch](https://giftcard.news/company/happy-bunch/) brands across six markets. Adyen says the group replaced four payment gateways with one platform and brought more than ten online stores live across four markets within a week. These are company-reported implementation figures. ## One group, different payment markets The announcement identifies direct local acquiring in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, with cross-border processing for the Philippines and Indonesia. It also describes checkout without page redirects, local payment methods and consolidated reporting. The operational problem is easy to recognise: a group can use one brand strategy while still dealing with different payment methods, settlement flows and reports. Consolidation can reduce the number of systems a finance team has to reconcile. Whether it improves conversion or lowers total cost needs evidence from the merchant’s actual payment results. ## The gifting business behind the checkout Limitless describes its business as five consumer brands using a common technology and fulfilment operation. Its public site lists eight fulfilment centres and more than one million customers served. Those figures relate to the group, not to customers added by Adyen. The portfolio spans different combinations of markets and products. LVLY offers flowers and gifts in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong; Flower Chimp operates across five Asian markets. CakeRush and Happy Bunch are listed in Malaysia, while Bloomeroo serves Australia. A shared payment system consequently has to support local buying habits without making each brand feel like a separate operational project. ## Payment acceptance is distinct from card issuance For the gift-card industry, this is news about the infrastructure around gifting commerce. It establishes Adyen’s role in accepting and processing purchases. It does not identify Adyen as the issuer of the brands’ gift cards, or show that gift-card balances have moved onto its systems. That distinction matters when mapping providers. The company handling a checkout payment can be different from the company recording stored value or fulfilling a digital voucher.
