Its June 2025 guide says the service can cover more than 20,000 bills, including utilities, telecommunications and other supported payments. A customer buys a selected amount of Bill Fairies value through Bitrefill and pays using an available payment method. The guide states that a 3.3% fee is included in the displayed purchase amounts, giving the example of A$10 in gift value costing A$10.33. After the purchase is processed, the customer receives a gift card code and redeems it through Bill Fairies. The value is then loaded to the Bill Fairies account, where the customer enters the BPAY details for the bill to be paid. The process separates product distribution from bill execution. Bitrefill supplies the gift card purchase and code, while Bill Fairies handles the subsequent redemption and payment instruction. The amounts, fee and coverage are those described in the June 2025 guide.
