Pictured offers and prices are promotional artwork, not current terms for the voucher service. Photo: CallidusOS [CallidusOS](https://giftcard.news/company/callidusos/) introduced gift-voucher sales and redemption for aesthetic clinics in an early-September product release, adding both a till workflow and an online shop linked to each clinic’s booking page. The change puts prepaid gifting into the same platform used for appointments, patient records and invoicing. The source page’s delivered text dates the release September 8, while its rendered browser version displays September 7; the feature descriptions agree. [\[S01\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-1) [\[S02\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-2) The software is operated by CallidusOS Limited. Its published terms identify the clinic as the subscribing business, making the new feature a tool for a clinic’s own customer relationship rather than a shared voucher accepted across unrelated clinics. [\[S03\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-3) ## Purchase choices, redemption and outstanding balances The company says staff can sell vouchers from £5 to £2,000 through the till. A completed sale generates a unique code for the receipt, with optional email delivery and a personal message. At checkout, the code can cover some or all of a purchase, while unspent value remains available for a later visit. The release describes a 12-month validity period. [\[S01\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-1) Online buyers choose an amount and message and pay by card. CallidusOS says the code is sent to the buyer and recipient once payment completes, and the resulting voucher appears in the clinic’s own management screen. The online route requires [Stripe](https://giftcard.news/company/stripe/) payments to be configured. [\[S01\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-1) The same release adds printable certificates and email resending. Those delivery choices allow a digital balance to be presented as a physical gift without establishing a separate plastic-card product. The current operator guide adds three preset till choices: GBP 25, GBP 50 and GBP 100\. Staff can also choose a custom value within the documented GBP 5 to GBP 2,000 range. These are options for a clinic’s own vouchers, not evidence that any particular clinic has sold them or that the presets account for a measured share of transactions. [\[S04\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-4) The data behind the story ### Preset gift-voucher amounts in the CallidusOS till Amounts explicitly listed in the current operator help guide, observed 19 October 2026. Source CallidusOS: Sell and redeem gift vouchers These are published preset choices, not sales volumes or the only permitted amounts. The guide also allows a custom value from GBP 5 to GBP 2,000\. This is software documentation, not an observed clinic transaction. Show data tableHide data table Scroll left or right to see all columns __Preset gift-voucher amounts in the CallidusOS till (GBP)__ | Category | Voucher face value | | -------------- | ------------------ | | GBP 25 preset | 25 GBP | | GBP 50 preset | 50 GBP | | GBP 100 preset | 100 GBP | For the merchant, the management screen lists each voucher’s balance and redemption history alongside total outstanding value. CallidusOS says voucher proceeds are excluded from its revenue reports until redemption. That describes the software’s reporting behaviour; it does not establish the tax or accounting treatment of every clinic’s transactions. [\[S01\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-1) The commercial change is a prepaid sales route that can begin before an appointment is booked, supported by a record of the value still owed to recipients. Partial redemption makes that record relevant beyond the first visit. The guide specifies 12 months from the date of sale and says the expiry date appears on the email, printed certificate and management page. A voucher can be purchased with cash, card or bank transfer, but not with another gift voucher or account credit. These are the software’s published operating rules; the article does not extend them into a conclusion about tax or clinical treatment suitability. [\[S04\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/callidusos-clinic-gift-voucher-sales-redemption-launch-september-2026/#article-source-4) The announcement does not disclose how many clinics enabled vouchers, transaction volumes, a separate voucher fee or sales generated. A settings update follows the launch, listed as September 9 in the delivered page text and September 8 in its rendered browser view. It reorganises voucher settings rather than establishing a second launch. The date-display discrepancy is unresolved.
