The association described the change in an original October 8 interview with L’Est Républicain. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Launch-day incentives accompany the existing-card transition The association scheduled a public presentation at Place d’Arçon on October 10, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Its representative announced EUR 5 of credit for downloading the app or updating existing users’ contact details, and EUR 10 of extra credit when buying a EUR 100 card that day. These were separate incentives with different qualifying actions; the interview does not establish that they could be combined.
