In a founder's post published on March 22, 2026, the company traces the move from mobile top-up infrastructure to gift cards, virtual prepaid cards and recipient-selected rewards. He describes the new website as part of an internally named Reloadly 3.0 phase, reflecting a change in the business's focus and how its products are presented.
