It describes the service as accessible through the existing Runa integration, giving customers another route for delivering funds alongside other payout options. On the recipient side, redemption pages gained a language selector and automatic detection based on user settings. Runa presents the change as a way to serve multilingual audiences and make the redemption journey easier to use. The quarter also included Runa Assure, a collection of security-related capabilities that the company describes as including IP allowlisting, multifactor authentication and fraud monitoring. Operational changes included low-balance notifications and inventory management for popular reward options. Both address practical causes of interrupted distribution: an account lacking funds and a desired merchant product being unavailable.
