The retrospective described capabilities released across the year rather than one simultaneous product launch. The company highlighted Runa FX, which it said enabled real-time currency conversion around the clock within its platform. The review described international payouts in 19 currencies to recipients in 33 countries. New markets named in the review included Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovakia, Singapore, Japan and Mexico. Runa connected that geographical expansion with the availability of local payout choices for international programmes. The company reported adding 1,688 merchant options during the year, bringing the network total to 2,600\. Categories included travel gift cards, cryptocurrency options and environmentally focused rewards. Runa also highlighted its Payout Link, through which recipients could choose how to redeem a reward. The feature complemented the larger catalogue by moving the selection decision from the business sending the payout to the person receiving it. A revised brand approval process was another operational change. Runa said 90% of merchants on the network could be approved automatically using information already supplied, with status updates and saved details intended to reduce repeated administrative work. The review reported 99.999% uptime, no timeouts and a 500-millisecond response-time figure for the new Runa API.
