Its September 25, 2026 notice places another group of catalogue products in a fourth-quarter rollout, following an earlier group dated to July.[ \[1\]](https://giftcard.news/payments-technology/ultra-voucher-october-ultra-value-voucher-checkout/#article-source-1) ## Existing balances underpin the new checkout requirement Ultra Value already had a measurable balance-sheet presence before the policy notice. PT Trimegah Karya Pratama, the operator, reported UV Mobile customer advances of IDR 21.74 billion at December 31, 2025 and IDR 31.33 billion at June 30, 2026\. A recipient chooses either direct redemption at a participating merchant’s cashier or conversion into Ultra Value for subsequent marketplace use.
