ADR positioned that structure for an ongoing relationship rather than a single promotional interaction. Sweepstakes and instant-win games were presented as ways to create interest and participation. The company cited mobile scratch-card and spin-style formats as examples in which a customer could find out promptly whether they had won. Point-of-sale incentives operated at the purchase decision.
