The venue's December 11 announcement described the awards dinner as having taken place the previous night, establishing the ceremony date. [\[S02\]](#article-source-2) ## A ten-day reward designed around families [INCON](https://giftcard.news/organization/incon/)'s subsequent account described a ten-day Sydney program bringing together 400 participants, including partners and children. Surfing lessons at Bondi Beach and an Australian picnic were among the experiences chosen for a trip with a strong family focus. [\[S03\]](#article-source-3) The audience shaped the design. A participant traveling with family brings different needs from someone attending a meeting alone. Activities need to offer a shared experience across ages, while the schedule must work for both the person who qualified and the people accompanying them. The published program details show how Arinex and JNR addressed that broader audience through destination experiences. Sydney supplied the setting, while the activity choices made the trip something a family could experience together. ## Connecting the brief with destination delivery The award went to Arinex as the organizer. JNR commissioned the program, and Paramount Pools supplied the program identity. Keeping those roles clear reveals how the incentive was assembled: a corporate reward brief translated into a destination program through a specialist delivery relationship. Arinex chief executive and director [Nicole Walker](https://giftcard.news/person/nicole-walker/) credited the company's partners, suppliers and team for its success. Arinex also received the organizer-team and overall team honors at the awards, placing the Paramount Pools recognition within a wider set of results for the business. For incentive buyers, the case brings program design into focus. Duration, group size and family participation create concrete planning requirements. The ten-day stay and mix of shared activities were defining choices in this program, showing how the people traveling can shape the reward as strongly as the destination itself. ## In this article ### Companies * [Arinex](https://giftcard.news/company/arinex/) * [JNR](https://giftcard.news/company/jnr/) * [Paramount Pools](https://giftcard.news/company/paramount-pools/) ### People * [Nicole Walker](https://giftcard.news/person/nicole-walker/) ### Organizations * [Australian Business Events Association](https://giftcard.news/organization/australian-business-events-association/) * [ICC Sydney](https://giftcard.news/organization/icc-sydney/) * [INCON](https://giftcard.news/organization/incon/) ### Sources and documents * [\[S01\] Australian Business Events Association: ABEA's official winners](https://www.abea.org.au/news-item/21117/celebrating-excellence-winners-of-the-australian-business-events-awards-2024-announced?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — Australian Business Events Association * [\[S02\] ICC Sydney's event announcement](https://iccsydney.com.au/news/icc-sydney-team-and-social-impact-initiative-recognised-in-national-awards-program/?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — ICC Sydney * [\[S03\] INCON's account of the Arinex award](https://www.incon-pco.com/incon-news-archive/news-2025-01-20-arinex-abea?utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news) — INCON Share [ ](https://x.com/intent/post?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Frewards-loyalty%2Farinex-jnr-paramount-pools-incentive-award-2024%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dx%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&text=Arinex+won+an+Australian+incentive+award+for+JNR%27s+Paramount+Pools+program&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "X") [ ](https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Frewards-loyalty%2Farinex-jnr-paramount-pools-incentive-award-2024%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dlinkedin%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "LinkedIn") [ ](https://wa.me/?text=Arinex+won+an+Australian+incentive+award+for+JNR%27s+Paramount+Pools+program+https%3A%2F%2Fgiftcard.news%2Frewards-loyalty%2Farinex-jnr-paramount-pools-incentive-award-2024%2F%3Futm%5Fsource%3Dwhatsapp%26utm%5Fmedium%3Dsocial&utm%5Fsource=giftcard.news&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcard.news "WhatsApp") ![Portrait of Maya Bennett](https://giftcard.news/images/variants/v1/maya-bennett-editorial-portrait-w320.webp) About the author ## [Maya Bennett](https://giftcard.news/author/maya-bennett/) Journalist — Rewards & Loyalty Maya Bennett covers customer loyalty, employee rewards and incentive programmes for Gift Card News.
